Shelley Ann's training has been instrumental to my weight loss. I have been training hard for the last four months with Shelley Ann and her training regime is always fun, interesting and effective. Exercise never feels like a chore with her and her boot camps and weight training sessions are getting me the results that I want. I didn't have a great deal of knowledge about weight training prior to working out with Shelley Ann but now feel a lot stronger and fitter. I'm also really enjoying the weekly boot camps and have definitely noticed an improvement to my energy levels (as well as my waistline).
